Welcome to Noah’s Mattress Express! By shopping with us or using our website noahsmattressexpress.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read
them carefully — they’re designed to make sure everything is clear and fair for both you and
us.

1. About Us

We’re a locally owned and operated mattress store based in Sanford, Florida, serving the
Greater Orlando area. Our goal is to provide top-quality mattresses and bedding at 50–80% off retail, with flexible payment options and same-day delivery.

2. Delivery Policy

Same-day delivery is available for local orders placed before 3 PM (subject to product
availability and delivery route). Deliveries are available throughout the Greater Orlando area.

Our team will inspect all items for visible damage or sanitation issues at the time of delivery. If
your location is outside our delivery zone, we’ll contact you to discuss alternate delivery or
pickup options.

3. 60 Night Sleep Trial®

We want you to love your new mattress — but it takes time for your body to adjust! Please
give your new mattress at least 30 nights to break in before considering an exchange. If after
60 nights you’re still not comfortable, you can exchange your mattress within 60 days of your
original delivery date. Exchanges include a $99 delivery fee and a 25% restocking fee
(applied toward the purchase of a new mattress). Only one exchange per purchase is allowed.
Exclusions: This policy does not apply to clearance or pre-owned items, floor models, pillows,
mattress protectors, adjustable bases, furniture, or accessories. Special order sizes
(California King, Split Cal King, etc.) are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Condition of
Items: Mattresses must be clean, undamaged, and sanitary. If a mattress is found to be
stained, unsanitary, or damaged, it cannot be accepted for exchange or refund.

4. Warranty Information

All products sold by Noah’s Mattress Express come with their manufacturer warranty only. We
do not offer any additional warranties or guarantees beyond what is provided by the
manufacturer.

5. Financing & Payment Terms

We offer flexible financing options — including $50 down and no credit needed programs —
through trusted third-party partners. Financing approvals, terms, and payments are handled
directly through our financing providers. Noah’s Mattress Express is not responsible for credit
decisions, payment disputes, or financing contract terms. We accept most major payment
methods in-store. If online checkout is unavailable, please contact us to complete your order
by phone or in person.

6. Pricing & Availability

We do our best to keep pricing and inventory accurate, but errors can happen. Prices,
promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. In the rare event of a pricing
error, we’ll contact you before processing your order.

7. Liability Disclaimer

We strive to ensure every product meets our quality standards. However, Noah’s Mattress
Express is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the
use or misuse of our products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will
be handled in the courts of Seminole County, Florida.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on
this page with a new “last updated” date.
